CNN is hosting Ask Sheryl Crow, an online form that you use to submit your question directly to the singer, songwriter and breast cancer survivor. Crow was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this spring, and went through cancer treatments immediately after the diagnosis. As a breast cancer survivor, Crow wants to reach out to others who have questions in regard to cancer and being a cancer survivor.
On Monday, July 31, CNN will publish Crow's responses to the questions sent in online. She is also scheduled to appear on CNN's Larry King Live the same day.
Sheryl Crow is emerging as an active advocate for cancer survivorship. Recently, before she joined the Dave Matthews Band in a concert at Fenway Park, Crow made a surprise visit to Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to visit children with cancer at the Jimmy Fund Clinic.
In addition, Crow sat down for a two-part exclusive interview with ABC's Good Morning America Diane Sawyer, where she opened up about the breakup with Lance Armstrong, her breast cancer diagnosis and her life as a breast cancer survivor. Sheryl Crow is a cancer survivor who is giving back. If you have a question you would like Sheryl Crow to answer, just ask her.

1. Sheryl,
I just read the article that you would like to be married and that anyone can ask you out; that you go to the supermarket just like everyone else, which I found amusing as I am sure you intended.
Sooooo, here's the deal. I am blind with two different eye diseases each of which rendered me blind in that respective eye. I worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years before I was forced to retire due to my eye conditions.
while I get to the supermarket and have a 21 year old daughter, and anjoy life for the most part, I probably dont get to the supermarket quite as often as you or near you.
The odds of my having these two eye conditions both rendering me blind in each eye is about 1 in 22 million, so I thought, why not send you a note and ask you out--the odds that you will get this might be less than that.
I am 47 years old, well educated, love music, used to play the bari sax, which I hope to pick up again one day, am not rich, pretentious, have a dog and a cat both of whom I adoped from the SPCA, life comfortably with a nice swimming pool, hot tub, and billiard table. Surely you play pool right?
I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity when I can--I love to cook so it's nothing to get my friends together and to prepare a meal for the volunteers who are helping the less fortunate and homeless in our society.
Additionally, I love to cook for my friends and make a pretty good steak, stir fry, love fresh veges, blah blah blah.
Anyway, anytime you would like to drop by email me and I will have you over for a relaxing evening, nice meal, good music, a few games of pool if you like, and maybe a movie.
I am very happy you conquered your breast cancer--you have much left to do to make the world a better place both through your music and also through the attention you direct to cancer research.
Being someone who has 3 aisters and a wonderful monther, I always bought the breast cancer stamps from the post office in hopes that through more and better research, this disease will go the way of the dinosaur. I have a cousin who is a nurse who is also a breast cancer survivor.
Anyway, I hope to hear from you soon. :-) lol
