1. Just wanting to pass along my sympathies to Darren and his two boys. Is their a charity one might contribute in Heather's name?

2. Our thoughts and prayers are with Darren and his family at this difficult time. Our daughter was 25 when she died as a result of an automoibile accident 8 years ago. The only comparison here is that both were way to young.

3. My husband and I would like to give our sympathy to Darren and his two young sons. We got to know Darren watching golf all these years. When we heard Saturday that his wife died, and his comments which they read on the broadcast really effected us.

4. My deepest regrets go out to Mr. Clarke and his children at this sad time in their lives. Cancer is a terrible thing that must be cured. To loose a live at this young age is especially regretable.

What can one say to ease your loss~~Maybe, God be with you and your sons at this most difficult time. May you and the boys enjoy the memmories that you all shared with Heather. There is no consoling words that will lessen your pain, but, may you take solace in knowing that so many people care and are praying for all of you. Heather is with God and she will look down on you. 13. Darren,

As I sit on a wakeless morning of solitary storm watch. Sitting in the growing glow of the morning light all alone, golf comes on the tv. This a sport, I know nearly nothing about. I heard the annoucer tell of your story and it moved me in a way that I felt I had to share. I am military spouse (currently playing sinlge parent), and unfortunately we (as spouses and military personel) deal with death more often than we care to. Your inner strength shows, and that no doubt is something your boys will learn from you in their mother's absence. I personally sometimes get so good at being strong I forget to show (allow) my tender side namely to my two girls. Despite my not loosing my husband, it is always a fear in the back of our minds daily, hourly and ending and it creates a certain comradery with you. You are an amazing man and I am inspired. I look forward to seeing you turn adversity into triumphs (in Heather's name). I wish you great luck and thoughts as well as my families' along with our prayers are with you and yours. God Bless.

14. Hi Darren

This too in time will pass. Needed to say this, as it has helped me with the loss of my husband who was 36. I have two small boys to bring up on my own, and watching you on the TV bring so many feeling to the fore-front again. People kept saying that give things time and it will feel and get better. Actually now two years on I can agree with them, and believe me you will feel that you can get by and at the moment its like living a nightmare in a massive wind tunnel, but only now, I think that a I am getting fresh air, and a feeling of coping. Love your kids, love your family and friends. Keep going as you have done. Look for the feathers and you know she is there. Joanne x
